Benefits of Copper Nanoparticles in Aqueous suspension
This unique process allow to generate Copper Nanoparticles in Aqueous suspension. This suspension provides protection against oxidation for a minimum of 1 year in storage while also maintaining the shape and size of the nanoparticles and allowing safe transportation of the product.
Benefits of this product compared to powder form
- Facilitates adding copper nanoparticles to pigments in paint formulations.
- Facilitates the dispersion and stabilization of paint mixtures.
- Does not contain VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
- Longer shelf life compared to powder form, no oxidation or loss of its unique characteristics.
- Production process allows adjustment of the size distribution of the nanoparticles.
Integrating Copper
We specializes in the distribution copper nanoparticles at a 99.3% Cu concentration in aqueous suspension, but we are seeing our self's being more and more involved in the integration and formulation of products such as cleaners, disinfectants, painting and coating.
We have already incorporated CuNps in paints that are being commercialized with success at this present time. We have also recently completed a formulation for a cleaner containing nano-particles for a client in south America.
